Remembering The NWT SPCA animals in your estate plans
Once you have provided for your family, please consider a gift in your will to the animals of The NWT SPCA. You will ensure that the fight against animal cruelty continues and you will be giving a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves. Your bequest, large or small, will help to heal a frightened, hurt and hungry animal.

The NWT SPCA gratefully receives gifts in the form of securities such as stocks and mutual funds. These securities must be transferred first to the NWT SPCA, not cashed in, to receive the tax benefits.

​Determining when and how to make a Gift of Securities and which securities to donate, will depend on your personal choice.

​​If you are considering making a gift via the transfer of securities we will provide you with a Gift of Publicly Traded Securities Form for your broker to use in transferring the securities.  Please download a copy of our securities transfer form and contact your local representative for more information here 

Bottle Recycling Initiative
You can drop off your bottles and drink cans at The Drop & Go at the Bottle Depot.  Drop & Go at the bottle depot It's easy: 1. Bring in your beverage containers in bags or boxes to the beverage container depot in Yellowknife. 2. Visit the Drop and Go kiosk. Follow the instructions to print labels for the NWTSPCA (look for our account number posted near the kiosk). 3. Attach labels Attach one (1) label to each bag or box of beverage containers. 4. Drop and go Leave your containers for later processing, and go! The refunds from your containers will be donated to the NWTSPCA!
